No-Bake Energy Protein Balls
This no-bake energy protein balls recipe is a super easy and super healthy recipe for those who have a sweet tooth. They are great to carry around with you whenever you require a healthy snack. That way, you can always make a healthy food choice rather than eating a bunch of junk that you will regret later.

You’ll Need:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup or jaggery powder for sweetness
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower seed) or 2 tbsp pure coconut oil
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (70-85% dark)
- Protein powder of choice
- Coconut Flakes to roll them afterwards (optional)
How to make:
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until it somewhat comes together. Check the consistency, you should be able to roll into balls. if not, add a bit of milk or nut milk. If it looks too wet, add some more oats or flax meal. Make the recipe your own
- You can also melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and add into the mixture. That way it will be super chocolaty all the way through.
- Form protein energy balls about the size of a golf ball. Store in the freezer and grab one whenever you have a snack attack. These balls are soooo good. Trust me!!
