Excess of anything is bad. Overdoing anything can be a problem.

Same applies to working out as well.

Workout should be started by doing moderately and then slowly increasing the intensity as we go along, but not doing it so bad that you stay exhausted rather than feeling energized after the workout.

Over exercising can cause quite a few problems like:

  • Fatigue
  • Soreness and then it takes time to recover from it.
  • Tiredness throughout the day
  • Improper appetite
  • And slowly you will also lose interest in working out.
  • Exercising too much can lead in developing more muscle than usual and eventually weaken the existing muscle.
  • The more intense your training is, more your recovery time is needed.
  • When in case of HIIT, less is considered more and don’t work out HIIT more than 3 times a week.
  • You can experience frequent headaches and it can also increase dizziness.
  • It suppresses the action of immune system and can take a lot of time to get all your energy back.

So, exercising should also have a limit.

You can’t stress your body too much for faster results; it just makes the problem much worse by deteriorating your health.

Remember, everything in moderation.

A moderate level of 30 minutes workout is considered to be safe and healthy… 🙂
