Fruity Yogurt Parfait
Dessert has never been so delicious and healthy! Make this fruit yogurt parfait for an after-dinner dessert, breakfast or just a snack.
You’ll need:
- Greek Yogurt- 1 cup
- Fruit of your choice- Strawberries, Banana, Apple, Papaya etc.
- Oats Granola
- Nuts and seeds- Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Chia Seeds etc.
How to put together:
In a cup or mason jar, layer chopped fruits and yogurt with crunchy granola in between. Make as many layers as you want and top with nuts and seeds. And enjoy!
