SUGAR IS BAD FOR YOU. PERIOD.

Having said that, we all are guilty of eating sweet things.

As much as we love chocolate, we also hate the fact that it is messing up with our health.

Sugar addiction is what we face on a daily basis, most of us, cannot resist it.

Having a sweet tooth can also be a burden to work up on our body and diabetes too.

Some of the ways in which you could prevent the addiction are:

 

Look up for an alternative. If you cannot do with anything without sweet, find an alternative and use it up. Like use honey instead of sugar in your lemon juice. Things like such will not just cut the sugar content. Better to use natural ingredients such as agave nectar, honey, maple syrup and stevia and stay away from the sugar substitutes that come from CHEMICAL FACTORIES!!

MIND YOU!! SUGAR ALTERNATIVES ARE STILL NOT GOOD FOR YOU!! NOR ARE SUGAR FREE COOKIES AND ICE CREAMS. THEY STILL HAVE OTHER BAD INGREDIENTS IN THEM. ALSO SUGAR SUBSTITUTES CAN CAUSE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF “SUGAR” ADDICTION ALL TOGETHER.

Start off slowly. Decrease the consumption of sugar little by little. Avoiding it as a whole maybe difficult, so cut it off slow.

Stop eating processed food and commence cooking at home, in such cases you will know at what quantity sugar is added into your food.
