How To Start Running?
Most of us love to do adventure sports and trekking, but in this era of instant gratification, no one chooses to experience outdoor activities.
Running is a great form of workout which is immensely useful in day to day basis.
It helps you get a beautiful fit and toned body.
If you find it difficult to start; dive right in and we will be of help.
Running, in our grade school, was fun. But, now, we either don’t have the bodies or the time. Here are a few pointers
- Start your regimen by jogging initially and for a lesser time.
- Increase the intensity of the running as you go along with your workout.
- If you find it difficult to run outdoors, consider a treadmill.
- Get on the treadmill and run for a good 15 minutes every day initially.
- Don’t overdo it and take walk- break frequently during the running regimen.
- Start a routine where you run for 5 minutes and walk for the next 2 minutes and again run for 5 minutes, repeat this process for the next 30 minutes.
- As you go in the routine, increase the running time as you go in deep. Doing this daily helps in losing your weight effectively.
Running for good 20 minutes can help you burn 306 calories when you run at 8mph.
Running can also help you mentally too.
It helps you to relieve stress, all that you have been building up and will leave you with fresh mind at the end of your workout.
If you run for the game or it signifies something in your life most runner feel that you cannot beat the feeling you have once you cross the finish line.
