5 Things That Happen When You Wake Up At 5 A.M.
What is that one common thing between all the filthy rich and successful people? Can you guess? No?
Well here’s the secret, they all wake up early between 4 to 5.30.
Waking up early is a sign of dominance. Yes, in the starting you may feel sleep deprived but when you develop a habit of it, it’ll become a part of your routine.
Here are 5 things that happen when we wake up at 5:
Sense of achievement
When you wake up at 5, your brain activates a chemical reaction in your body. Let’s not go into the science of it but yes it does gives you a sense of achievement in the morning. Rising up early is a sign of a conqueror. It makes you feel activated even in later hours of the day.
Tactical Advantage
When you rise early, you automatically have an advantage over the world. On an average, you’ll get 1.5 hours extra in your day. Think it like this- You’ll already be finished with the tasks the world is yet to do, this gives you time for self-evaluation and planning your day.
Sleep Cycle
Our body is designed according to the night sleep cycle. Sleeping at odd hours produces acid in the body which makes us feel more sleepy and lethargic all the time. Waking up at 5 fixes that sleep cycle so that body feels sleepy when it should and is completely charged up when we wake up.
Performance
You’ll see a sharp increase in your performance at school/college/workplace if you stick to this routine. It enables certain parts of our brain which are responsible for our memory and work-related activities. Also, you’ll feel more confident throughout the day.
No Judgement
This one is my personal favourite. When you wake up early you are all alone because it is still quiet outside ( No ones awake yet remember!!). This means that you can do whatever you want in those early hours ( but that doesn’t include going back to bed, hahaha!!) and no one will be there to judge you. Exercise is my recommendation to start those early hours but you can also read your favourite book or watch your Favourite series or be up to date with the latest news.
So now you know what it will feel like when you give it a try.
1 pro tip: Always keep your alarm out of your hands reach so that it forces you to get out of the bed.
Give this routine a 30 day trial period. If you don’t feel like continuing then switch back to normal, but we bet you won’t. First 4 days it will be hard but after that when you see the changes in you, you’ll know it is worth it.
